I had purcahsed a M.2 (HP SSDS EX900 M.2) from Newegg back on March of 2020.
When I tried to register the product with both the product number or serial number, your server does not recognize the product.
I was never able to use this drive since the system never recogonized. Time has passed and I could never get a refund from the seller. I need a replacement or repair done this drive to be able to use it.

I am curious as to why you waited for over three years since purchase to try to get recourse.
You left out information that we need to understand why it did not work.
If the M.2 SSD was for a PC at another manufacturer, the manufacturer specific support website actually should have been the first place you should turned to for assistance over two years ago.
Which PC/laptop brand/model and what are its M.2 specification requirements. They would have to beM.2 1TB PCIe 3.1 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND for the HP EX900 SSD to be compatible with it.
Which OS?

I got 4 kids, and have 9 PC at home. I had plenty replacement parts at the time. When it didn't work I had put it on the shelf and forgot about it. I am running WIndows 11 on all pcs. The drive was never recognized by bios nor windows when plugged in. The M.2 SSD was not for a PC at another manufacturer. I bought this drive from NewEgg to build a new system by myself as I've alwasy been doing. All 9 pcs at home are built by me.
When I tried to register the product on HP homepage, it does not recognize the product either.

Am I at wrong website perhaps? Where do I get RMA for the M.2 SSD?
It's a HP product, don't understand why the website does not recognize its own product..

I can make an unofficial reply.
In my own experience, for any manufacturer for any device that was never registered, after three years the chances of getting an RMA are slim and next to none.
It is unfortunate that you forgot about the SSD and remembered after the standard one year warranty [period lapsed.
There is nothing wrong with trying.
If the M.2 SSD was for is compatible with the M.2 requirements of the PC it was for, perhaps it required having a volume and a drive letter.
I notice you still have not identified the specific PC, motherboard or the operating system the M.2 SSD was meant for.
