Perfect Storage Solution SusanThe Rakkestad is a great size for a smaller bedroom. Fits well and provides different sections for a variety of items. Easy to assemble - but you need a lot of room to lay out the product. 5
Rakkestad with some difficulties!NetteThis nice looking 3 door closet is not so easy to put together. I've been assembling IKEA furniture since the late 70's. I found the 21 pages of instructions extensive, some parts confusing and others missing.The hinges on this closet are the worst I have had, they do not exactly fit or work with the provided screws and additional metal washer/grommets where also needed to make these hinges work. Overall a lot of pre drilled holes where just about 0.05mm off and to narrow! This minimal difference made it incredibly hard to assemble. The door stoppers took 3 days and every trick I know to get into the pre-drilled holes. 2
Poor QualityAngieHad this shipped to my home, and one side already had a significant crack when I unpacked it. The material broke very easily while I was nailing and screwing it down. One board was also missing a hole that secured the bottom. Additionally, the doors had holes screwed onto the wrong side, so while I have one door I was able to attach, it looks like I will need to drill in holes for the other two doors. Overall, it seems preparation for this was poorly thought out. Definitely not worth the price!1
Just what I expected and requiredDanWasn’t looking for high end furniture. Needed extra storage space and the two door and three door models I bought perform well. Instructions could use some work, but are sufficient to assemble the units. Take your time and follow the steps. Took about one and a half hours, unboxing to completion.4

It's nice an spacious an deep. It was pretty easy to assemble the bookshelf an table. But,I had to hire someone from taskrabbit to assemble an mount the wardrobe. An he did a great job. I'm a happy customer.5

I got 2 of them and added a couple additional shelves to provide the storage I needed. I can't personally speak for ease of installation as I had Taskrabbit do that for me, but the installer had both of them up and secured to the wall in a little over 2 hours.5

I love this Rakkestad cabinet/closet.DianeI love this Rakkestad cabinet/closet. It’s really pretty. I wish they would get the extra shelves I need in stock. They should always keep those in stock as I need three of them. It will be a perfect closet as soon as I get the shelves. We have relatives that come to visit for weeks at a time. We have it upstairs in our bonus room with a fold out couch bed. When I get the extra shelves it will be able to hold more clothes, shoes and blankets all hidden away. I would really recommend this product.5

Simple Storage UpgradeCraigRecap: Deep enough to hang big sweatshirts. Mounts securely to studs in the wall. Hinged Doors work well and look good. Material is pressed particle board.I bought this to move my clothes from the guest room closet to my bedroom. I was afraid this would not be enough on its own so I also bought the 2 door version and together side by side they do the job nicely. The packaging the wardrobe came in was minimal and I was concerned I would find damage but mine was in good condition. Assembly went smoothly however I did give myself plenty of time to put it together.5
